The smartlink EE range of wireless load cells / tension transducers is designed for pin-to-pin or eye-to-eye (ee) attachments commonly found in lifting, handling and towing applications. This product is: Compliant with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE
The customer's problem / challenge: In the aeronautics and construction sectors, many lifting operations involve heavy loads and can take place in environments with high temperatures, particularly near hot spots on specific worksites (work on industrial installations, certain types of construction...). Traditional lifting solutions may then present limitations in terms of heat resistance or the flexibility required for certain lifting configurations. The customer was looking for a lifting solution that was both highly resistant, adaptable to various load shapes, and capable of withstanding high temperatures without degrading its safety performance.
