Description

The Prussik-loop lanyard is a rope with sewn splice, it is ideal to be used as a brake when descending on a rope.

Made of "Technora®" or aramid with the following properties:

  • Thermal resistance of +/- 500°C
  • High chemical resistance 
  • Insensitive to the actions of water 
  • Resistant to organic solvents and acids

The Prussik-loop consists of:

  • A loop (endless rope) braided in aramid, a fiber known to withstand high temperatures and to display good mechanical properties.
  • A protective PES sheath.
  • A spliced and sewn loop overmolded in PE.

This product should not be used beyond its limits or in any situation other than that for which it is intended.
